When you place an order or sign up we collect your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We collect anonymous analytics about how the store is used.

To process and ship your orders, reply to your questions, and, only if you opt in, tell you about new drops. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
3. Payment
Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable analytics in your browser.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@concretedreams.studio.
6. Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
