1. Agreement
By placing an order with Concrete Dreams ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. These terms may update; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
2. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order before it ships.
3. Made to order items
Pieces marked made to order are produced on request and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
Unworn tagged items can be returned within 14 days. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, marks and content are the property of Concrete Dreams. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our studio operates.
