Processing
Pieces are made to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the studio.
Shipping rates & times

| Rest of Ghana | 2 to 4 days | GHS 60 / free over GHS 2,500 |
| Rest of Africa | 4 to 7 days | GHS 180 / free over GHS 2,500 |
| Rest of world | 5 to 10 days | GHS 320 / free over GHS 2,500 |
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Returns
Unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing hello@concretedreams.studio with your order number.
Made to order items (marked on the product page) are final sale. We don't cover return shipping unless the piece arrived faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us within 14 days. If the size is in stock we'll swap it. You cover return shipping; we cover the resend.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your tracking number and we'll make it right.
